Finished!
Haha…well that was fun and quite the challenge! While I contemplated extending it longer, it just wouldn’t be feasible. My Korean co-workers were counting down to the end so that we can have dinners again without worrying about my restrictions.
These 30 days have taught me a ton with regards to my relationship with food, how food is viewed in different cultures, how veganism is viewed in South Korea, and even how my diet can affect my schedule/weekend trips.
I want to delve into the above points BUT I will type another entry later. I am currently at school 🙁
Anyway, its great to be able to say I finished a 30 day vegan challenge! Actually a 30-day anything haha. I need to get back up on my Insanity workout, now that I know I haven’t lost all my motivations since coming to Korea *sigh*…I need to get out of this place.
OH! I went to the Jinhae Cherry blossom festival yesterday. It was so beautiful! And I was followed home by some ass crazy Korean man…so many updates!
