I love to follow 2 types of people on instagram: 1). Foodies and 2). Fitness freaks 🙂 And I’ve noticed that a ton of the fitness buffs I follow are raving about their Paleo lifestyles.
After doing some research on this “diet” or lifestyle change I realized that its also referred to the “caveman diet”. You can do research on the diet by just googling it. Right now a lady by the name of “powercakes“(on instagram)Â started a day challenge for October called #plantPOWER. Everytime you post a picture on instagram for the challenge you must use the hashtag #—>#plantPOWER.
