My healthy breakfast and more NYC pictures

November 15, 2012 By Tamara

If you read yesterday’s post then you know I am back to my healthy lifestyle ๐Ÿ™‚
I will have a six pack before going to Jamaica…32 days and counting!

Here is what I had for “breaky”!ย
I learned this British slang term for breakfast while in Vietnam. The teachers in the school I would have worked with were majority British ๐Ÿ™‚

Recipe : 1 egg, Handful of chopped spinach, 3 sliced button mushrooms, 1/2 sliced shallot, some cilantro leaves, and a sliver of chopped Jerk chicken breast. Then some baked avocado and sweet potato.
A bowl of my homemade banana nut granola and some sliced bananas and almond milk ๐Ÿ™‚ย
ย
And I am back on track with my Japan plans. Trying to get this JET application out before the 21st!ย
ย ย

I forgot to add these shots from NYC. The pictures from yesterday when done with my iPOD while these are from my camera ๐Ÿ™‚ย
My favorite New Yorker and my sister

Group picture!

My sister is always on her blackberry ๐Ÿ™

I was so happy to stumble upon this Theater! Jake was so close!

Tickets were $100…I don’t love him that much. Maybe if I didn’t have student loans to pay I would have totally bought a ticket. And my seat would be in the second row from the stage…SO CLOSE!!!
