Here is what I had for “breaky”!
I learned this British slang term for breakfast while in Vietnam. The teachers in the school I would have worked with were majority British 🙂
Recipe : 1 egg, Handful of chopped spinach, 3 sliced button mushrooms, 1/2 sliced shallot, some cilantro leaves, and a sliver of chopped Jerk chicken breast. Then some baked avocado and sweet potato.
A bowl of my homemade banana nut granola and some sliced bananas and almond milk 🙂
And I am back on track with my Japan plans. Trying to get this JET application out before the 21st!

| Tickets were $100…I don’t love him that much. Maybe if I didn’t have student loans to pay I would have totally bought a ticket. And my seat would be in the second row from the stage…SO CLOSE!!! |
