My BEDA Experience

May 3, 2014 By Tamara

I get a lot of questions about my time with the BEDA program.

I made a short video today during my hike/walk up to the El Miner statute in my town.

At the end of the month I will make a more in depth video reflecting on all aspects of the program such as:

1. Arrival/orientation/Administrative staff

2. Your school BEDA liason

3. Teachers/staff

4. Students

5. Online class: TKT/CLIL

6. Small town life in Spain

*Just click on the link to watch the video!

Thank you for this video! I’ll be doing the Ministerio program in La Rioja next year, but will be looking at possibly doing BEDA the following year.

    HI TAMARA!
Omg, Omg, Omg, I GOT ACCEPTED WITH BEDA TODAY!!! Yahooooooo!!

Ok, so after calming myself down, I went back ro read the full email and discovered that (although this doesn’t apply to me yet) NON EU citizens must return to their country to.get student visa??? So if one decides to renew, they must go back to their country every year to get a new student visa??? Hmmm… seems this could be costly & time consuming….Thanks for any clarity you can provide on this. 🙂

P.S. Looking forward to new vids. 🙂

    Hi Tamara,

I sent an email and BEDA cleared up the confusion for me so all is well. 🙂

Did you do your TEFL as an online course or did you actually register for an in person class? Which is the way to go?
