Graduation

February 9, 2012 By Tamara

Yay! The 3rd graders are graduating on friday (02/10/12).

But honestly I only teach 1st and 2nd graders so I’m pretty much like whatever haha.

The funny thing is though that after the ceremony the teachers have to position themselves around town at the local hangout spots to watch over the students.

I guess in the past they have gone “buckwild” ( is that still a slang term?) and destroyed things and there have even been some extreme cases of bullying.

*sigh* Bullying is a BIG problem here!!!!!!!

I will find out later if I have to go. I am actually looking forward to it if I do! Some of the bad students just need to be punished and I have no problem laying down the law .

I will let you know what happens…

UPDATE 2/10/2012 :  As it turned out I did not have to go. Actually none of the teachers went. I went for lunch and coffee with my sisters (teachers) instead 🙂

Hi Guaria! I ended up not having to go haha. Thanks for compliment. I might change the picture in the header to something interesting I find on my next trip.

All aboard!
