Since I have been back in the U.S. for the past few days my mouth has been on an eating RAMPAGE!
I can’t stop eating EVERYTHING !!! Especially cheese, which was grossly expensive in South Korea.
To top it off my workout regimen went off track when I headed to Thailand for 2 weeks. Ever since then I have been a lazy bum.
My big sister has been teasing me about my inactivity and now I am really scared because I’ve already gained like 5lbs since I’ve been home.
In an effort to get back on track I decided to make something healthy for lunch today. I am still wavering between vegetarianism and veganism and nothingness ha ha.
Right now I am just trying to eat healthy :).
Yesterday was good though since I went running in the morning. Yay me! But I had to stop and walk around for a bit after my legs felt like they were being attacked by tiny blood sucking insects. They were so itchy! Apparently this happens after long periods of inactivity from running.
Anyway this is what I ate for lunch today.
OK wait…don’t judge me but I did eat a bagel. I could have chosen wheat bread but again…baby steps ha ha. I seriously can’t believe how far off the wagon I have fallen since I been home. There must be something in the air in America that is secretly making people obese…hmmmm
There were the rockstars in my sandwich. I used them to make a avocado mayo:)
The yogurt gave the avocado an extra creamy and tangy taste. It was so delicious!
Korea has ruined my taste buds. Everything I eat now has to be extremely hot until my nose runs. I am obssessed with sriracha sauce now. I did not use it at all in Korea but since I have been home…*sigh*…there is no end in sight.
Here is my bagel all dressed up! There is smoked turkey and turkey pastrami on my sandwich. Sexy! I know.
OK now I am about to take my “fatty cakes” and go do the Insanity dvd fit test and day one exercise.
What is your favorite sandwich condiment and toppings??
