Yes. This is my life right at this moment.
Everything else must be put on hold until this community assessment is done.
To be fair I finished it about a month ago but just need to finish typing it up.
Along with typing, I need to add graphs, pictures, edit this, fix that, you know make it prefect.
Sidenote: I will never forget during Pre-service training and handing in another paper we had due. A volunteer was puzzled by the fact that I handed my report in with a cover page. Some people just don’t have high standards I guess. But actually some volunteers handed in hand written reports :-/
Maybe my expectations are too high?
But honestly if this community assessment was work due for my future boss at the United Nations, I would put in the same efforts. I don’t know why work for Peace Corps would be any different.
So I’m off…back to typing. #almostfinish
