Hey family,
Sorry for the unintended absense on the blog. I am alive and well…kinda :-/
I have been getting pretty bad headaches in the last week. Because of this I decided to take sometime away from the computer. I have no idea where the headaches are coming from but when my body speaks, I listen.
So I have been trying to minimize time editing videos and the blog and trying to change my diet.
Granted my diet in South Korea is really healthy…lots of seaweed and tofu soups and fish etc. But on the weekends I always drop the ball. So this can also be triggering these unbearable headaches. And I’m trying not to be a stressed out middle school teacher…arghhh!
Anyway…I should have the lastest “Traveling Haircare” muse up this week and some highlights from the last two weeks.
If you have any suggestions for how to rid myself of these headaches, please let me know ๐
New post coming soon~Godspeed!

I was recently diagnosed with food induced migraines. Dairy seems to be the biggest offender for me. I eat it and I suffer. I’ve successfully eliminated the milk and cheese from my diet over the last year but every now and again, I have a terrible run in with mac and cheese or cheese in a salad that I’m too lazy to remove.
Eat simple for awhile to see if you can figure out what food is causing the problems and then you will have to eliminate it from your diet. I will be having some special testing done soon through http://www.nowleap.com but I doubt that available to you where you are.
Good luck.

Thank you April for your suggestion. I will look into eliminating some salty things that are a part of the Korean diet like Kimchi and try to return to drinking soy milk. Let me know how the special testing goes!
