Every Wednesday I will share a wellness tidbit that I’ve been using while living in Botswana.
Hence the name “Wellness Wednesday”!
But I will also write about mental health and mindfulness because it is very important when living as an expat. Trust me!
Since it is the 1st EVER Wednesday of 2015 I will share a program I recently started.
I love Yoga and have dabbled in the practice since I was introduced during a high school drama class but I wish I remained consistent.
This year (and last year ^_^ ha ha) one of my intentions is to practice more.
My favorite teacher can be found online via her YouTube channel.
I just love her vibe and the way she teaches about connecting with your body and making the practice your own.
The channel is called Yoga with Adriene and she recently launched a 30 days of Yoga program (lucky you!)

Ummmm yes I started and today is Wednesday and I am still on Tuesday haha.
Seriously though, it is all about motivation.
